How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped through USPS and your tracking number will be available as soon as the shipping label is created.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
If your order contains a made-to-order or pre-order item it will not be shipped until the timeframe specified in either the description or scrolling site banner even if ready-to-ship items were included in your order.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
In most cases, if you find that the tracking for your order hasn't been updated in a day or two it's usually because USPS missed a scan. Your package will most likely still arrive on time.
Why are my items being arriving in separate shipments?
Although most of my products are made in-house by me, many items I offer are produced through a third-party print shop and will ship in their own packaging directly to you to save time and shipping costs.
What's the difference between made-to-order and pre-order items?
Made-to-order items are immediately added to my queue and will be created and shipped on a first-purchased basis (generally within 2 weeks.) Pre-order items are items that take a longer time to produce and are prepared and shipped in small batches after a longer period of time (2+ months.)
